Before you read any further, take a look at remixfitness.com. Remix Fitness is the latest and greatest fitness class and it takes place on Thursdays at Hue 202 Tuam. There are two fitness classes offered, Club Cardio Plus at 6:30PM and the regular Club Cardio class at 7:30PM. When you RSVP, please specify which class you are making the reservation for. The cost is a mere $8 per class and that fee includes a free bottled water. Club Cardio is an energy pumpin' high and modified low impact cardio group fitness class. The routine is simple enough for a newcomer to learn, yet intense enough to satisfy the most experienced fitness enthusiasts. Club Cardio Plus is a cardio class with more advanced choreography for those who want an extra challenge. These classes are set to the soundtrack of a live, popular DJ and big names like DJs Soul Tower 606 and Surain have been involved in Remix since its premiere on March 9th. Also, don't forget to check out their My Space page at www.myspace.com/remixfitness for even more information.

A public service announcement brought to you by the Queen is the brilliant advice for my dear readers to never, EVER drive without a current Texas Driver's License. Should you have a suspended license, shame on you, and odds are you will be arrested and receive a misdemeanor charge along with an all-expense paid trip to jail if you are caught driving. There are fees associated with not having a license or penalty fines should you be cited for the no-no of being license-less, so make it easier on yourself and be current with your TDL. A current TDL is SEXY! At this time, let me throw in the number of my favorite bonding company, 713-223-3101. Ask for Sam, Jessie or Mark. Anything you could want to know about your license is available at http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/. Speaking of driving, there is a new program to help cut down on drunk drivers. The police can actually arrest you INSIDE the bars, before you leave now. You need to be aware and responsible. See the article at http://www.click2houston.com/news/8230615/detail.html.

Sherry Stell, the goddess / consultant for the brand spanking new Sona MedSpa (713-621-7662, www.sonahouston.com) told me that if anyone calls her and books a Botox Party, she will give them a one time free Botox treatment. Call her for details about the spa and the restrictions about the Botox party. What a fabulous idea for a girly-girl party! Botox is effective in treating frown lines and crow's feet. It produces results that allow for some natural movement, yet still produce exactly the desired effect on wrinkles and furrows. While there is no downtime, results are typically visible in two to three days, but may take up to a week to fully develop. Those results usually last three to four months or more. All treatments are performed by either a Physician's assistant or Registered Nurse, and don't forget the Sona Botox Party Hostess receives one complimentary treatment with 5 paid guests. Your guest will receive a 10% discount on their Botox at your party. Call Sherry at Sona MedSpa at 713-621-7662 for more information and to book your private party. You can also email Sherry at sstell@sonamedspa.com. Wouldn't it be fun to host a Botox Party at a bar? Now there's one promotion I haven't put together yet.

On the home-front: I know of a nice house for lease in Central Houston, the North Heights area at 5902 Irvington at Eleanor, near the 610 Loop. It is a two-story beige brick, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, includes: Laundry Room, large Spa bathroom with Jacuzzi garden tub, fire place in living room, lots of parking, and it is gated. All this and the Washer and Dryer included, and new appliances in kitchen, with a Refrigerator included. This home would be great for a Massage Therapist with the Spa bathroom, or for two roommates to share, or for a small family. Small pets are allowed with pet deposit. The location is awesome, right next to 610, 45, 59, and the Beltway. The home is approximately 2800 square feet, plus access to neighbor's Patio BBQ and Hot Tub. Contact Susie Abbott at 713-697-1960 or713-443-2140. Leasing price is $1500 a month, or $750 for 2 roommates. I've got a Black metal dining room set with tinted glass top, 4 chairs with fabric cushions on each that is in great shape. Cushions are beige and black pinstripe pattern. I just moved and my roommate has a dining room table, so I no longer have use for mine. I also have a 19" TV available, it is a color TV with a remote. Prices are negotiable. Please reply to email with TV in the subject line and I will call you back or reply. There is a fantastic three bedroom, one bath duplex available at 1720 Park Street.
