MYSPACE NEWS: The two suspects in the murder of Ashton Glover of Sugar Land are both on MySpace. Their names are Matthew McCombs and Sean Brown, both 18.

If you need to update your TABC certification, there will be a TABC class held from noon until 4PM on Saturday, July 15th at St. Pete's Dancing Marlin (300 Main.) It is a Texas Law for all who sell alcoholic beverages to be certified, so save yourself the costly ticket if you get caught serving without certification. FUNK THA HEAT is a festival that will be held at Helio's at 411 Westheimer at Taft on Saturday, July 22. It starts at 2PM and goes all the way through to 2AM. From 2-9PM, the bands are playing on the outside stage. There will be a BBQ guy who will be selling hotdogs and hamburgers for pretty cheap. They will also be handing out free popsicles to help cool people down. FUNK THA HEAT has 11 bands from Houston and Austin, all in the Indie/Funk/Experimental/Instrumental genre.
